Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer must provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged issue. We offer a 100% money back guarantee if any of your Enhanced Beauty Care products arrive faulty. Please note that we thoroughly check each product for damages and performance prior to shipping to ensure you are receiving the best quality products.

Please note we do not partially fulfill orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock.
